Solidor secure GGF membership

solidor-is-GGF-memberRarely a week goes by where either local press or consumer advice programs latch onto stories about unscrupulous traders ripping off the public and the fenestration industry is far from immune to such criticism, which is why Composite Door Prices are pleased to support any of our suppliers who adhere to recognised standards which are controlled by reputable industry “Watchdog” authorities.
One such body acting for the fenestration is the nationally recognised and long established trade association the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) who represents over 60% of the home improvement industry by turnover and whom subject all of their prospective approved members to a rigorous vetting process before allowing them to utilise the GGF Logo as part of their marketing. When an installer uses the GGF Logo the homeowner can be assured that GGF monitors to ensure that they compliant with current regulations, and delivering an outstanding level of installation and where required the GGF also provides continued guidance and technical support and in the rare event of a dispute they can also provide an appropriate conciliation service.
During Q4 of 2013 Composite door manufacturers Solidor one of Comparison Door Prices preferred suppliers were accepted into full membership of the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) and we both applaud and offer our full support to them in this achievement.
When you purchase your new front door from Composite Door Prices you are not only receiving the benefit of our own excellent customer services but you have the added benefit of knowing that the door suppliers we use are equally as conscientious as ourselves at putting the customers interests first.
